Henry Phillip Isely was

• Organiser for the World Federation- 1946-50

• North American Council for People World Federation -1954-58

• Organiser -Committee for World Constitutional Convention 1958-59

• Secretary General-Committee for World Constitutional Convention 196=59-66

• Secretary General, World Constitution and Parliament Association, CO, 1966

• He worked with India Team in organising events

• Affiliation with World Union, Pondicherry, India, Since 1958.
  

Earth Federation Movement has been vigorously pursued by the World Constitution and Parliament Association of India through its initiatives since its inception.

WCPA Movement in has been active in India in many forms earlier to registration of WCPA India Trust in 2019. There are references in public domain to say that WCPA in India had its meeting first meeting on 16th October 1977.

WCPA and its affiliated bodies have been able to spread the message of "World One Family" in 135 countries so far, where it has a member base of Global Citizens.
